Aftermath Silver Ltd (TSX-V:AAG, OTCQX:AAGFF) announced the exercise of 13.2 million warrants since March 2025, raising C$4.57 million.
The $0.35 warrants have now expired, with 132,950 unexercised.
Proceeds will support work at the Berenguela project in Peru and general working capital.
Eric Sprott exercised 2 million warrants for C$700,000, now holding 24.3% (non-diluted) of the company.
Aftermath also granted 250,000 options and 250,000 RSUs to technical consultants, and issued 100,000 RSUs and 50,000 options under a new European marketing advisory deal.
