Nostra Terra Oil and Gas Company PLC (AIM:NTOG) has announced a name change to Buccaneer Energy Plc.
The change, confirmed at Companies House, takes immediate effect.
Trading in the company's shares under the new name is expected to start tomorrow, with the stock market symbol changing to ‘BUCE’
The LEI, ISIN and SEDOL identifiers will remain unchanged.
