Northern Superior Resources Inc. (TSX-V:SUP, OTCQX:NSUPF) has closed its previously announced bought deal financing, raising C$5 million through the issuance of 6.5 million common shares at C$0.77 each.
Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes and working capital, the exploration-focused company said.
Northern Quebec-based investment fund NQ Investissement Minier also participated in the financing, Northern Superior said.
NQIM supports mining development in the region and aims to generate sustainable, long-term benefits for local and Indigenous communities.
