Nova Minerals Ltd (ASX:NVA, NASDAQ:NVA, OTC:NVAAF) has appointed Chaim (Dovi) Berger as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective July 1, 2025.
Based in the United States, Berger brings more than a decade of experience in finance and law, specialising in the structuring and execution of complex transactions. His professional background spans corporate law, accounting, taxation, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), along with operational expertise in high-growth companies.
Berger has a strong record of delivering strategic acquisitions, maintaining regulatory compliance, and embedding financial controls across organisations. He is also experienced in leading and developing cross-functional teams. Berger is both a qualified attorney and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
As part of his appointment, Berger will join Nova’s Audit & Risk Committee and the Remuneration & Nomination Committee.
