Risers & Fallers: Amur, Publishing Tech., Scotgold, San Leon, William Sinclair, Starcom

Below are some of the main news-driven share price changes at 9.15am.

RISERS

Starcom (LON:STAR), up 31.0%. Miton Group has lifted its stake in the technology company above 5% to just under 6%.

Scotgold Resources (LON:SGZ), up 29.2%. The company has announced a new ore reserve estimate for its wholly-owned Cononish gold project in Scotland. The total or reserve estimate increased by 179% to 198,000 ounces of gold and 851,000 ounces of silver.

Amur Minerals (LON:AMC), up 27.0%. The mine developer has added to Friday’s substantial gains, which were prompted by the granting of a permit for its Kun-Manie sulphide nickel, copper project located din Amur Oblast.

FALLERS

San Leon Energy (LON:SLE), down 15.4%. The company has filed an appeal with the UK Commercial Court against the verdict by the Court of Arbitration, which riled that San Leon must pay around £13mln, including costs, to Avobone in relation to San Leon’s purchase of Avobone's 10% shares and loans in Energia Zachód, the titleholder of the Siekierki asset.

Sinclair (William) Holdings (LON:SNCL), down 10.2%. Turnaround specialist Stuart Burgin has been appointed as interim chief executive officer. High Cawley, a non-executive director, has resigned with immediate effect.

Publishing Technology (LON:PTO), down 8.5%. The shares fell 10p to 137p.5p after the company raised £9mln through a placing of shares at 120p a pop. Funds from the share issue will pay down debt.
