Helium Ventures raises £4 million in oversubscribed share placing ahead of rebrand

Helium Ventures PLC (AQSE:HEV), soon to be renamed VaultZ Capital plc with the ticker V3TC, has successfully completed an oversubscribed placing of new shares, raising approximately £4 million.

The placing involved institutional investors subscribing for 43p per share.

In total, 9.3 million new shares were issued, with settlement and admission to trading expected around 8 am on 26 June, subject to approval. Admission means the company’s shares will officially be allowed to trade on the market.

Global Investment Strategy UK Limited has acted as the bookrunner for the placing and will also serve as VaultZ Capital’s new broker.

Meanwhile, Cairn Financial Advisers LLP continues to act as the company’s corporate adviser to the Aquis Stock Exchange, where the shares are listed.

The successful fundraise comes as the company prepares to rebrand, signalling a fresh chapter under the VaultZ Capital name.
