archTIS Ltd (ASX:AR9, OTCQB:ARHLF) has signed a three-year contract worth A$263,185 with the UK division of a global aerospace and defence corporation to implement its NC Protect data security solution. The deployment, supporting an initial 400 users, will serve as a global model for Microsoft 365 cloud adoption across the client’s enterprise of over 100,000 employees.
This UK contract follows a recent win with the United States Department of Defense (DoD), reinforcing growing global demand for NC Protect in securing sensitive information across Western defence and industrial networks.
Managing director and CEO Daniel Lai said, “This contract marks another milestone in our strategy to become the global leader in secure, data-centric collaboration for defence.”
Lai highlighted that global defence clients are increasingly seeking to modernise their security frameworks for cloud environments. The win also reflects the company's broader vision to position NC Protect as the go-to platform for secure collaboration in heavily regulated industries worldwide.

Strategic UK entry builds on US momentum
The UK contract win marks a strategic expansion for archTIS, leveraging its recent success in the United States to strengthen its footprint in major Western defence markets. NC Protect will be deployed to facilitate the UK client's migration from on-premises Microsoft SharePoint Server to Microsoft 365 cloud services.
The award follows a successful product proof-of-concept and highlights NC Protect’s ability to enhance Microsoft’s native security by applying attribute-based access controls (ABAC) to sensitive content.
The UK Ministry of Defence’s Joint Service Publication 440 mandates the use of fine-grained access controls for defence data. NC Protect was selected specifically for its ability to meet this requirement through dynamic policy enforcement and attribute-based restrictions.
This capability is key to managing export-controlled and sensitive data, providing an additional security layer critical to defence contractors handling classified and proprietary information within Microsoft 365 environments.
