Reconnaissance Energy Africa Ltd (TSX-V:RECO, OTCQX:RECAF) (ReconAfrica) has closed a C$19 million upsized public offering of units, including the full exercise of the over-allotment option, to fund upcoming exploration activities in Namibia’s Kavango Basin.

Proceeds will be used to drill the Kavango West 1X exploration well—ReconAfrica’s second test of the Damara Fold Belt play in northeastern Namibia.

Spanish Mountain Gold Ltd (TSX-V:SPA, OTC:SPAZF) has announced the final results from its recently completed 10,000-meter winter diamond drilling program at its flagship Spanish Mountain Gold project in British Columbia, with the highlight being a strategic step-out hole that intersected zones of gold mineralization.

This step-out hole, located approximately 300 meters northwest of a previous high-grade intercept at the K-Zone reported in April, intercepted 100.49 meters grading 0.49 grams per ton (g/t) of gold, starting from 300 meters depth.

Recce Pharmaceuticals Ltd (ASX:RCE, OTC:RECEF)Ltd has secured a non-dilutive debt facility of up to approximately A$30 million (US$20 million) from global investment firm Avenue Capital Group, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy. An initial commitment of around A$11.5 million (US$7.5 million) will support Recce’s registrational Phase 3 clinical trials in Australia and Indonesia, which are focused on its lead candidate R327G for the treatment of diabetic foot infections (DFI) and acute bacterial skin and skin structure infections (ABSSSI).

The debt facility complements Recce’s recent A$15.8 million equity raise, bringing its pro-forma financial position to A$27.5 million. In addition, the company expects to receive an A$8.5 million research and development rebate in November 2025, further bolstering its cash reserves. Taken together, these funding sources provide Recce with an effective cash runway of approximately A$36 million, enabling it to progress clinical development and prepare for market launch without diluting existing shareholders.

D3 Energy Ltd (ASX:D3E, OTCQB:DNRGF) Ltd is expanding its global footprint with the acquisition of two highly prospective helium and hydrogen exploration permits in South Australia's Arckaringa Basin, which spans approximately 80,000 square kilometres in South Australia and remains one of the more lightly explored regions within the state's growing helium and hydrogen exploration corridor.

Geologically, the basin shares similarities with the Amadeus Basin located 250 kilometres to the north, where notable gas discoveries have been made. The Mt Kitty-1 well recorded concentrations of helium (9%), hydrogen (11.5%) and methane (13%), while the Magee-1 well—drilled northeast of Mt Kitty—penetrated below the Gillen Salt and encountered helium (6%) and methane (39%). These two wells remain the only sub-salt penetrations in the broader region to date.

Element 25 Ltd has secured a senior debt finance facility of up to A$50 million from the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility (NAIF) to support the expansion of its Butcherbird Manganese Project (BBX) in WA’s Pilbara region.

The funding comprises A$42.5 million in senior debt and a A$7.5 million cost overrun facility, aligning with Element 25’s strategy to scale BBX to a 1.1 million tonne per annum (Mtpa) manganese concentrate operation.
