Alvopetro Energy Ltd (TSX-V:ALV, OTC:ALVOF) declared a US$0.10 quarterly dividend per share, payable July 15, 2025, to shareholders of record as of June 30.
The dividend is an "eligible dividend" for Canadian tax purposes; non-resident shareholders may face a 25% withholding tax, subject to treaty reductions.
Also, Alvopetro’s annual meeting will be held June 18, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. MT in Calgary and streamed online. Only registered shareholders as of May 5 and proxyholders may vote.
