John Wood Group PLC (LSE:WG.) told investors it has secured a new five-year EPC contract, in Brunei, through its joint venture with Tendrill International.
The deal, awarded by Brunei Shell Petroleum, covers brownfield engineering, procurement and construction services across offshore and onshore assets.
The TendrillWood JV will manage projects from design through to commissioning and start-up.
"This award strengthens our position as a trusted EPC partner in Brunei,” said Wood chief executive Ken Gilmartin.
“For over a decade Wood has consistently delivered safe, reliable and efficient engineering and operations solutions to BSP, contributing to domestic energy security.”
Tendrill managing director, meanwhile, described the contract as “significant milestone”.
