Archer Aviation (NYSE:ACHR) shares fell more than 13% after the electric air taxi developer announced plans to raise $850 million through the sale of 85 million shares priced at $10 each to institutional investors.
This was below the company’s closing share price on Thursday of $11.73.
Tiziana Life Sciences Ltd (NASDAQ:TLSA) announced that it has initiated patient dosing at the Weill Cornell Medicine Multiple Sclerosis Center in New York City as part of its ongoing Phase 2 clinical trial of intranasal foralumab in patients with non-active Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (na-SPMS).
Weill Cornell marks the fifth site participating in the trial, joining Yale University, Johns Hopkins University, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and the University of Massachusetts.
Shares in AFC Energy PLC (AIM:AFC, OTC:AFGYF) fell 6% to 820.50p as traders banked profits following a strong run-up ahead of its latest operational update.
The stock had risen 25% in the days leading into the announcement and remains up 44% over the past month.
AST SpaceMobile Inc (NASDAQ:ASTS) has announced a settlement term sheet agreement with Ligado Networks, Viasat, and Inmarsat that would secure the company long-term access to up to 45 MHz of lower mid-band spectrum in the United States and Canada, sending its shares higher in early trade on Friday.
The agreement includes up to 40 MHz of L-Band Mobile Satellite Service spectrum held by Ligado and an additional 5 MHz in the 1670-1675 MHz band in the US.
Shares in Mirriad Advertising PLC (AIM:MIRI, OTCQX:MMDDF) rose 11% after a regulatory filing revealed that Zeus Investment Management has acquired a significant stake in the company.
According to a disclosure released on Friday, Zeus now holds 1.5 billion shares, representing 8.78% of Mirriad’s voting rights.
RH (NYSE:RH) shares surged almost 20% premarket after the luxury furniture store’s first quarter earnings impressed investors and it reaffirmed its full-year outlook despite challenges in the housing market and tariff uncertainty.
The company posted earnings per share of $0.13 for the quarter, an improvement from a loss per share of $0.40 and significantly beating estimates of a loss per share of $0.07.
