Black Swan Graphene (TSX-V:SWAN) announced that all nominees listed in its April 28, 2025, circular were elected to the board at its Annual and Special Meeting.
Shareholders also approved the auditor appointment, Omnibus Plan, and extension of insider options.
More than 35% of shares were represented. The board thanked shareholders for their continued support.
