GlobalData PLC (AIM:DATA) told investors it has ended discussions with ICG regarding a possible cash offer for its entire issued and to be issued share capital.
The proposal had included an option for shareholders to elect for an unlisted equity alternative.
In London, GlobalData shares were down 12%, changing hands at 151.5p.
