Valereum’s VLRM Markets goes live with RWA focus - ICYMI

Valereum PLC's (AQSE:VLRM) Head of VLRM Markets, Adrian Hogg, talked with Proactive about the company’s official launch of VLRM Markets in El Salvador.

This newly regulated digital asset service provider (DASP) is focused on building a comprehensive marketplace for real-world assets (RWAs).

Hogg explained that the platform supports the full lifecycle of digital assets—from issuance to secondary market trading and redemption. “We're building the whole market for multiple products,” he said.

The interview highlighted El Salvador’s unique regulatory environment. Since legalising Bitcoin as legal tender in 2021, the country has remained at the forefront of digital asset development.

Valereum is leveraging this supportive framework to roll out a broad array of tokenised assets, including real estate, sports, lifestyle, and royalties.

As part of its early market activity, Hogg revealed that Valereum recently signed a deal with FAS, one of El Salvador’s most successful football clubs. This partnership, along with plans to work with clubs in Europe and across the Americas, aims to bring more visibility and engagement to VLRM Markets.

Hogg also made the case for digital assets, highlighting their efficiency over traditional finance. “This is end-to-end,” he said. “It makes it much faster to do it. It makes it much cheaper.”
