Life and pension consolidator Chesnara PLC (LSE:CSN) has announced that non-executive director Karin Bergstein has stepped down from the board with immediate effect. She joined in 2022 and served on the Nomination & Governance and Audit & Risk committees. Samantha Tymms has been appointed as a replacement and joins both committees. Tymms, a former UK regulator, brings extensive experience from senior roles across financial services and currently serves on the board of Julius Baer International. Chair Luke Savage thanked Bergstein for her contribution.
