Charbone Hydrogen Corporation (TSX-V:CH, OTCQB:CHHYF) closed a debt settlement totaling $1,342,687 with arm’s length suppliers by issuing 17,902,489 units at $0.075 each.
Each unit includes one common share and one warrant, exercisable at $0.10 for 12 months.
The move supports the Sorel-Tracy project and helps conserve cash, Charbone told shareholders.
