Arecor Therapeutics PLC (AIM:AREC) announced that Dr Alan Smith will retire from its board at today’s annual general meeting after more than 17 years as a non-executive director.
The company credited him with providing key scientific and strategic input as it progressed from early development to a clinical-stage business.
Chair Andrew Richards said: "I would like to express our sincere gratitude to Alan for his many years of dedicated service on the board and the exceptional scientific expertise and critical insights he has brought to Arecor."
