Bluefield Solar Income Fund (LSE:BSIF) has extended its revolving credit facility by two years to May 2027, while reducing its size from £210 million to £150 million.
The company said the changes reflect its focus on lowering short-term debt while advancing its renewable energy development pipeline.
The margin has been cut from 1.90% to 1.85%, generating savings of around £1 million over the term.
The facility, which retains a £30 million accordion option, has achieved Green Loan status. Bluefield has repaid £50.5 million, with £133.5 million currently drawn.
