Ilika PLC (AIM:IKA, OTCQX:ILIKF) has raised £0.9 million through an oversubscribed retail share offer priced at 33 pence per share.
Including placing and director subscriptions, Ilika will raise £ 4.2 million before costs.
Proceeds will support the commercial development of both of the company's solid-state battery technologies.
