hVIVO PLC (AIM:HVO) has appointed Tracey James as an independent director, effective 1 June.
She will chair the audit committee and sit on both the remuneration and nominations committees.
A chartered accountant, James spent over two decades at Grant Thornton, including 14 years as an audit partner.
She currently holds non-exec roles at ECO Animal Health Group and Gattaca.
Chief executive Mo Khan said: “Tracey brings with her a wealth of experience, especially with AIM listed companies, that will further strengthen the Board.”
