Imaging Biometrics has formally changed its name from IQ-AI Ltd following approval by the Jersey Financial Services Commission. The company's ticker has also changed on the London Stock Exchange from IQAI to IBAI. Shareholders are not affected and existing share certificates remain valid. A new company website is in development, with further details to follow.
