Valereum Plc (AQSE: VLRM) has made a strategic investment in DigiShares, a company that specialises in real estate tokenisation.
The investment secures Valereum a strategic stake that aligns with a mission to advance real-world asset tokenisation, on a global scale.
An investment of $1.35 million will be made in four tranches, and will give Valereum a minority stake in the company.
The first tranche of investment has completed, and the remainder will follow starting in July.
