Paul Reeves, chief executive and co-founder of RC Fornax PLC (AIM:RCFX), has been named a finalist in the 2025 British Forces in Business Awards, recognising the achievements of military veterans in the workplace.
Reeves was shortlisted for his role in growing the AIM-listed engineering firm, which delivers specialist work packages for complex defence programmes.
A record number of nominations were made this year, with finalists selected for their impact and leadership after military service.
