Bango PLC (AIM:BGO, OTCQX:BGOPF) has signed a new licensing agreement for its Digital Vending Machine platform with a US telecommunications provider.
The agreement is with Optimum, a provider operated by Altice USA that serves around 4.5 million customers across 21 US states, which will adopt the DVM platform to launch new bundled streaming subscription offers to its customer base.
A maiden promotion is already live, offering eligible Optimum TV and internet customers six complimentary months of access to two subscription video-on-demand services. The offer is managed and billed directly through Optimum, providing a streamlined subscription experience.
This is the first of many offers to be delivered via the DVM, Bango said, with additional streaming and subscription services expected to follow.
Chief marketing officer Anil Malhotra said: “We’re delighted to partner with Optimum to bring these exciting offers to life. The DVM empowers Bango partners to innovate through subscription bundling and to scale quickly, delivering high-impact offers that increase customer satisfaction and business growth.”
The DVM provides a single point of integration for partners to access a growing network of premium subscription services, enabling rapid bundling and distribution through telecom, retail, and financial service channels.
