Endeavour Mining PLC (LSE:EDV, TSX:EDV, OTCQX:EDVMF) is reorganising some $500 million of debt securities, with an issue of fixed rate senior notes with 2030 maturity.
The company is has also tendered an offer to repurchase $500 million of existing senior notes due to mature in 2026.
