Domino’s Australia operations chief to depart

Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd will farewell long-serving executive Kerri Hayman in August, marking the end of a 37-year tenure with the pizza chain both in Australia and internationally.

Hayman, who is the sister of former Domino’s chief executive officer Don Meij, described the move as timely. “It’s the right time for me to take the next step in my journey,” she said.

“Since returning to Australia in 2023, I’ve been proud of the work we’ve done to strengthen operations — from improving product quality and growing new occasions like lunch, to delivering stronger sales and profits for our franchise partners.”

To support the transition, Domino’s has appointed former franchise partner Greg Steenson as its new chief operating officer for Australia. His appointment is effective immediately.

Hayman’s departure follows the resignation of Don Meij in November 2023, who led the company for 22 years.
