Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd (TSX-V:SCZ, OTC:SZSMF) told investors that there are no material changes since its May 1 announcement regarding the delay in filing 2024 financials.
The company said it continues to work with its auditor to complete the filings and remains under a management cease trade order until completed. It will issue bi-weekly updates per regulatory guidelines.
