MP Evans appoints Kate Coppinger as non-executive director

MP Evans Group PLC (AIM:MPE) has named Kate Coppinger as an independent non-executive director, with her appointment taking effect on 13 June following the company’s annual general meeting. Coppinger is currently a non-executive director at Serica Energy and Star Energy, and previously served as managing director in the oil and gas division at Standard Chartered. She brings experience in corporate finance, international business and board governance, having chaired multiple board committees across AIM-listed companies.
