OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX:OTCM) said that Consensus Mining & Seigniorage Corp. (OTCQX: CMSG), a cryptocurrency mining firm, has qualified to trade on the OTCQX Best Market, the top tier of OTC Markets Group.
The move provides the company with greater access to US capital markets and transparency for investors.
President Alun Williams said the listing supports the firm’s strategy of gradual capital deployment to grow bitcoin holdings per share using positive cash flows.
