Rightmove keeps 2025 guidance as new tools and partner features drive strong start

Rightmove PLC (LSE:RMV) said it has made a strong start to 2025, with trading in line with expectations and full-year guidance unchanged.

The UK-based property portal continues to forecast 8–10% revenue growth this year, supported by new product launches and increased membership across its Core business. Average Revenue per Advertiser (ARPA) remains on track, helped by ongoing upgrades to Optimiser Edge and new tools for estate agents and developers.

Strategic growth areas such as Commercial Property, Mortgages, and Rental Services are progressing as planned. Innovation remains a key focus, with recent launches including a remortgage calculator, AI-powered Opportunity Manager, and over 2 million Instant Online Valuations completed during the period.

CEO Johan Svanstrom said: “We're pleased to have started 2025 with good financial, operational and strategic momentum … We look forward with confidence and are today reiterating our expectation of delivering 8–10% revenue growth this year.”

Rightmove continues to dominate consumer engagement, accounting for over 80% of time spent on UK property portals. Recent marketing campaigns have boosted impressions and tripled social media engagement compared to last year.

The broader UK property market also shows positive trends. Buyer demand, listings, and agreed sales have all risen year-on-year. In rentals, supply remains tight but early signs suggest rent growth may be easing. Meanwhile, developers are becoming more optimistic as interest rates fall and market conditions improve.
