Excellon Resources Inc (TSX:EXN, OTCQB:EXNRF) has received approval to transfer its listing from the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) to the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV).
The delisting from the TSX will take effect at market close on May 6 while the listing on the TSXV will begin at market open on May 7.
The shares will continue to trade under the symbol "EXN," and shareholder approval is not required for the move, as the shares will remain listed on the TSXV.
