Replenish Nutrients sees strong 2025 as granulated fertilizer production ramps up

Replenish Nutrients Holding Corp (CSE:ERTH, OTC:VVIVF) said it expects revenue, margins and cash flow to improve in 2025 as full-scale granulated fertilizer production begins at its upgraded Beiseker facility.

The plant, now in the final stages of automation and exterior construction, is on track to reach its operational capacity of about 2,000 metric tonnes per month by mid-2025.

The company said it has firm sales commitments for the first 6,000 tonnes of product, indicating strong demand for its Canadian-made fertilizer solutions.

In recent months, Replenish secured approximately C$5.6 million in debt and equity financing to complete Beiseker’s upgrades. The company also said its grant from Emissions Reduction Alberta (ERA) for the separate DeBolt project remains available once additional financing is arranged.

Replenish emphasized that its fertilizers are 100% manufactured in Canada using nearly all Canadian-sourced raw materials—an attribute it says positions it well amid shifting global trade dynamics and tariff uncertainty.

During full-year 2024, Replenish reported revenue of C$6.9 million compared to C$13.9 million a year earlier, citing cyclical changes in nutrient application rates for different crops. Fourth-quarter revenue dropped to C$2.6 million from C$3.6 million in the same period last year.

Gross profit in the fourth quarter improved to C$300,000 from C$200,000, reflecting higher pricing and lower input costs. The company also posted positive cash flow from operations for both the quarter and the full year.

The company recorded a net loss of C$4.3 million for the year, compared to a profit of C$100,000 in 2023, primarily due to a non-cash impairment of intangible assets in the fourth quarter.
