OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX:OTCM) announced that BW Energy Limited, an oil and gas company with assets in Gabon, Namibia, and Brazil, has upgraded from the Pink market to the OTCQX Best Market.
CEO Carl Arnet said the upgrade will help expand the company’s US investor base.
"We expect cross-trading on OTCQX to create additional long-term value through a broader US investor base and increased trading volumes in our shares," Arnet said.
Companies listed on qualified international exchanges can use streamlined standards to share their home market reports with US investors.
