The Smarter Web Company (AQSE:SWC) has launched a 10-year strategic plan aimed at scaling its web services business and pursuing acquisitions to support longer-term growth.
Recently listed on Aquis, the group specialises in web design, development and marketing services.
It plans to boost its existing portfolio of more than 250 active client websites through targeted marketing efforts.
Alongside organic growth, it will explore acquisition opportunities to expand its footprint and service range.
The strategy also introduces a Digital Assets Treasury Policy, with Bitcoin and other digital assets to be held as a value-preserving measure.
The company disclosed it has so far purchased 2.30 Bitcoin at an average price of £73,834 ($98,216), spending around £170,000.
The business, profitable for 15 years, has raised approximately £2.1 million during 2025 to support its expansion plans.
Chief executive Andrew Webley said the new strategy was designed to deliver "significant value" for shareholders.
