Replenish Nutrients Holding Corp (CSE:ERTH, OTC:VVIVF) announced that it has closed an oversubscribed, non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $1.48 million, including $590,000 in debt settlement.
Each unit, priced at $0.08, consisted of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable at $0.12 for a period of two years from the date of issuance.
The proceeds will be used to support working capital needs, including the purchase of inventory, funding ongoing operations, and advancing the company’s regenerative agriculture initiatives.
