Mosman Oil and Gas Ltd (AIM:MSMN) has appointed Graham Duncan as an independent director.
A Fellow of the ICAEW, Duncan brings over 25 years' experience in financial leadership roles across listed companies in mining, life sciences and tech.
He currently serves on the boards of several listed firms, including Aterian and RentGuarantor Holdings.
Mosman also named Tina Loh, a partner at CDTL Chartered Accountants, as its new company secretary.
