Livium Ltd, through its wholly owned subsidiary Envirostream Australia Pty Ltd, has entered into a landmark recycling agreement with Sell & Parker Pty Ltd, expected to generate revenues exceeding A$5 million over its three-year term.
The new agreement expands on an existing partnership between the two companies and represents Livium’s largest recycling contract to date. It is set to deliver approximately A$3 million in revenue over the next 12 months alone—equivalent to 45% of the company’s FY24 total revenue.
“This Agreement with Sell & Parker has the potential to be Envirostream’s largest ever recycling contract on a revenue basis. Project agreements, such as this one, are important to deliver volumes whilst e-mobility and energy storage volumes grow year on year,” Livium CEO and managing director, Simon Linge said.

Validating capabilities
Under the terms of the agreement, Livium will provide recycling services for project-related materials on a subcontractor basis. The deal underscores the company’s credentials as a recycling partner that adheres to high standards of governance and safety. Importantly, Livium does not anticipate any material increase in operating costs associated with servicing the contract, and gross profit is expected to increase as a result.
The new contract, which started in April 2025, will see initial volumes processed from May 2025, with regular deliveries anticipated through the 2026 and 2027 financial years.
The agreement is seen as a strong validation of Livium’s operational capabilities in the battery and materials recycling sector, positioning the company for further growth opportunities in a sector increasingly defined by sustainability and circular economy principles.

Who is Sell & Parker?
Sell & Parker is a prominent national metal recycling business, which employs more than 400 people across eight facilities and has maintained a longstanding commercial relationship with Livium.
Established in 1966, Sell & Parker is a privately owned and operated Australian company specialising in the purchase and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous metals in all grades and quantities. The company processes scrap metal in-house and supplies directly to end users, operating independently of other scrap merchants.
Its eight operates eight metal recycling facilities nationwide, including sites in Port Hedland (Western Australia), Darwin (Northern Territory), and six locations across New South Wales. The company is one of only three accredited suppliers to BlueScope Steel and complies with Green Star Construction and Demolition Waste Reporting Criteria.
