Stephanie Reed has resigned her position as non-executive director at Tamboran Resources Corporation to pursue other business interests.
Reed served on the Board since September 2023, contributing to the NYSE listing and participating in the Compensation and Sustainability Committees.
The Board thanked her for her service, with CEO Joel Riddle expressing gratitude for her insights and support during her tenure.
