Strava has acquired London-based running coach app Runna in a deal that could hand its co-founders a multimillion-pound payout, The Times has reported.
The financial terms weren’t disclosed, but early investors are expected to see returns of up to 30 times their original backing.

acked by £8 million in funding, including from Innocent Drinks’ founders’ venture fund, the app offers personalised coaching plans for runners.
The deal marks Strava’s first UK acquisition. The platform, which has 150 million users globally, said Runna would boost its running offer, now the fastest-growing category on the app.
