Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd's (LSE:CORD) acquisition of BT Communications Ireland Ltd (BTCIL) by its Irish platform, Speed Fibre Group, has received clearance from Ireland’s competition authority. Remaining approvals, including under foreign direct investment rules and the separation of non-included BT businesses, are still pending. Completion is expected later in 2025.
