Oracle Power PLC (AIM:ORCP) shares jumped in Friday’s dealing driven by latest drill results from the Northern Zone gold project, in Western Australia.
Assay results from the final four holes of Oracle’s 11-hole drill programme show gold mineralisation in all holes.
“The results continue to complement previous drill programmes, and we continue to increase the footprint of the gold mineralisation, revealing good gold tenor within the shallower top of this considerable mineralised porphyry,” chief executive Naheed Memon said in a statement.
Oracle noted that samples from 32 drill holes are still awaiting assay.
Memon highlighted that Oracle is advancing the project to its maiden resource estimate.
In London, the shares were up 18.6% changing hands at 0.026p.
