Immunic Inc (NASDAQ:IMUX) has closed a registered direct offering of 5.67 million shares at $0.90 each, raising about $5.1million in gross proceeds.
Led by Aberdeen Investments, all shares were sold by the company.
Proceeds will support clinical trials, operations, and general corporate purposes.
The offering closed on April 10, with Titan Partners Group acting as the sole placement agent.
