Immunic Inc (NASDAQ:IMUX) has priced its $5.1 million registered direct offering led by Aberdeen Investments, selling 5.67 million shares at $0.90 each.
The biotechnology company, which is advancing orally administered therapies for chronic inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, expects the financing to close around April 10.
The proceeds from the offering will support Immunic’s ongoing clinical trials, operations, and general corporate activities.
Titan Partners Group, a division of American Capital Partners, is acting as the sole placement agent.
