Shares in Calnex Solutions PLC (AIM:CLX) rose 9% in early trading after the telecoms testing group reported a return to growth and signalled confidence in further progress this year.
Revenue for the year to March 2025 rose 12% to £18.3 million, in line with expectations, as demand recovered in cloud computing, defence and telecoms markets. The company also returned to profitability, helped by tighter cost controls and a shift in product mix.
A major product launch, the Paragon-neo, designed for high-speed synchronisation testing, contributed to the stronger second half, with new orders rising across key sectors.
Calnex said recently added distribution partners in North America, Europe and Asia had broadened its market reach.
Cash stood at £10.9 million at year-end, up from £8.6 million at the half-year. Full-year results will be published on 20 May. Calnex said it expects continued growth in the financial year ahead.
The stock was up 3.75p at 45.25p.
