Buru Energy Ltd non-executive director Robert Willes will retire from the Board in September 2025, with the exact date to align with the lodgement of the 2025 Half Year Report.
Willes, who was appointed in July 2014, will remain Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee until his departure to ensure an orderly handover.
The Board does not currently plan to appoint a replacement, reducing its size to three non-executive members.
