KRM22 PLC (AIM:KRM, OTC:KRMCF) has secured two new contracts for its Limits Manager risk software, increasing its annualised recurring revenue (ARR) to £7.3 million.
The deals, worth £800,000 over two and three years respectively, were signed with two existing major futures commission merchants, reflecting strong cross-selling momentum.
The London-listed risk management software group now has 10 such clients using the product, contributing £1.6 million to ARR since its 2022 launch.
The latest contracts add a net £300,000 to KRM22’s recurring revenues and help underpin current market forecasts, which project ARR will reach £7.9 million by the end of 2025.
The company said the growth demonstrates continued demand for its integrated solutions across the capital markets sector.
CEO Dan Carter said: "These new contract wins for Limits Manager demonstrate the continued demand for KRM22's enhanced risk solutions.
"With ARR increasing to £7.3 million, we remain on track to achieve our end-of-year target and progress towards building a cash-generative, profitable business."
