Helium One Global Ltd (AIM:HE1, OTCQB:HLOGF) has updated investors on its Jackson-29 well, at the Galactica Project in Colorado, where progress has been paused due to weather conditions.
The company, in a statement, said it has drilled the ‘intermediate hole section’, has been drilled to a depth of approximately 1,110 feet, and, the casing has been set and cemented.
It added that, once conditions allow, the cementing will be evaluated, before drilling resumes – into the well’s target, the Lyons Formation.
Drilling down to total depth is now expected to begin early next week.
The well will then be wireline-logged, completed with a wellhead, and tested. If testing is successful, the well will be completed and prepared for tie-in to production facilities.
