Kore Potash chair greenlit to take up shares in $10.6mln raise

Kore Potash PLC (AIM:KP2, ASX:KP2, JSE:KP2) has announced that its chairman has now been cleared to participate in its recently announced $10.6 million equity fundraise.

Following publication of financial results for 2024, Kore chair David Hathorn is now allowed to take up some $500,000 of shares.

The raise, which was first announced on 21 March, is priced at 1.7p apiece.

Proceeds are earmarked to advance the Sintoukola potash project, in the Republic of Congo and support working capital.
