Predictmedix AI Inc. (CSE:PMED, OTCQB:PMEDF) announced that it has completed the third and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising C$100,000 to support its market expansion efforts.
The company issued 5 million units at $0.02 per unit, with each unit consisting of one common share and a warrant exercisable at $0.05 per share for 24 months.
The warrant expiration may be accelerated if the stock trades above $0.10 for ten consecutive days.
Insiders Sheldon Kales and Dr. Rahul Kushwah participated in the private placement with investments of $45,000 each, accounting for $90,000 of the tranche.
Predictmedix said it has also started fabricating fifteen Smart Health AI Stations for strategic deployment, primarily targeting the US market.
These stations aim to showcase the company’s AI-driven health screening solutions to enterprise and government customers.
