Dialight PLC (LSE:DIA), the LED lighting specialist, saw its shares 10% higher in Monday’s dealing after telling investors its underlying operating profit before tax to be ahead of market expectations.
Full-year results, for the twelve months to 31 March, are scheduled for release in June 2025.
Dialight also confirmed it had entered into a full and final settlement agreement with Sanmina. It follows court rulings in September over a dispute over a manufacturing services agreement between the pair.
It said the first payment of $4 million was made by the 31 March 2025 deadline.
In London, Dialight shares were up around 5% changing hands at 122p valuing the business at just under £50 million.
